History of Ganter GmbH
The Ganter GmbH manufactures precision tools, tool devices, prototype devices, high precision parts, custom made parts, components and assemblies.
Ganter Werkzeug- und Maschinenbau GmbH was founded in 1982 and has been located in Walldorf since 1987.
1993 the serial production of the first self-developed product for medical technology (histology) which is called “Rotary Microtome” started. 1994 the set up of microTec as a subsidiary took place, in order to sell the products of the medical technology in a separate division.
In 2000 a new office was built. 2001 the manufacturing plant was enlarged. In 2007 a new production facility of 2000 m² was built in order to enable further expansions.
Today Ganter GmbH supplies their products to reputable enterprises worldwide.
